The IRS tool "Get my payment"

I filled in mid January. I received an email from Turbo saying that my return was accepted by the IRS on the 10 of February. I try to check in the IRS tool, with all the correct information and saids that there's not information available about my return. Looks like I did everything and they never received even when Turbo saids they did. Can someone help me !

The status of a federal tax refund will not be shown on the IRS website until the Accepted tax return starts to be processed by the IRS.  This can take several days after being accepted by the IRS.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

My wife filled a week after me and she went to the IRS tool and saids that is Processing. But mine looks like I never filled nothing. Because it saids Wrong or not information available. Even when it is the correct information.

What is the status of your federal tax return on the TurboTax Tax Home web page?

Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

It saids Approved.

I’m not sure of a solution. Is happening to me as well though you’re not alone.

I think it must have indicated Accepted.  Approved and Accepted are two separate indications.  Only the IRS can Approve a tax refund and the IRS does not send any information to TurboTax after the tax return has been accepted.

The IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund will not have any status until the IRS starts to Process the federal tax return.  Until Processing begins the IRS tax refund website will have no information on the tax refund.
