What makes you believe you are being audited? Did you get a letter from the IRS that actually says that?

Many refunds are delayed. If your return is under review---that is not an audit, but it will delay your refund. Did you receive any sort of letter?

yes i got a letter in the mail and i did what was asked and faxed it back to them and i still have not heared anything

You will need to wait for the IRS to complete its process.

They will notify you if they make any changes to your return via mail.
