Just tried to file federal taxes electronically, got rejected twice with the message The IRS couldn't confirm (my) identity.
Both times, TurboTax says check your AGI from last year. Both times, the number is exactly what is on my copy of taxes last year. I know the alternative is to file paper versions, but I have a nice chuck of change coming in my return and do not want to wait weeks (or months) to get it back.
Alternatives to filing paperwork for return?

Try using zero as the AGI.
Well, it is counter intuitive, but entering "0" worked. Thanks for your help.
