Form 4626 is the corporate alternative minimum tax, "CAMT" for large corporations - are you sure this is the Form that was requested of you? See: Form 4626.

The CAMT generally applies to large corporations with average annual financial statement income exceeding $1 billion.

Received a letter from IRS asking for copy of 2021 tax return. Cannot locate the paperwork and when I check TurboTax, it’s the only year not populating. 100% sure I filed
