The irs app gave me date my refund is suppose to be sent and that day has passed but the app still doesn’t show payment sent, is something wrong?

I’m having the same issue as well and this has never happened to me before. My DDD said feb 26 also and my fiancé had the same date as well.. he got his at 3am. WMR still says accepted also. Hopefully tonight mine will come.

I'm curious, who did your fiance use to file their taxes. Was it turbotax? Seems it's only tt filers having this problem.

Please come back when you're done talking to turbotax and let us know what they said! My funds go direct to my savings account so ttlc has zero reason to be holding onto my refund, I'm not using one of their cards. This is total bs. I'm going back to h&r block next year.

I also filed 1/30 approved within minutes, was scheduled to be deposited today 2/26 and nothing! bar hasn't reached to sent yet either

I have 2 friends that used turbo tax and they got theirs. I needed that money today!

I’m having the same issue and I filed with TurboTax. The process has been the same for me every year. App says will be deposited on 02/26 but it isn’t showing sent. I’m glad I’m not alone because I was starting to think they were holding. I called to verify and they told me the same thing. Someone please respond when they finally get theres or receive an update.

I am in the same boat. I was supposed to have this today (2/26) and still nothing in my bank. I’m hoping it comes by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest. If WMR does not at least change the status, then I’m going to call and talk to a representative tomorrow. Last year I got my refund the day before the anticipated send date. So I’m not sure what the hold up is this year.

I am having the same problem as well. I called the IRS and the rep said that because I went through Turbo Tax and I have to pay a fee, that TT would have to take out the fee and then my refund should be deposited to my account in a couple days. Although the rep didn’t sound so confident that that was the actual reason I didn’t receive my refund today. Super frustrating!

Only issue with that is that our status bar would still read sent, turbotax has no control over the IRS website. So that's a load of bull. If the tracker doesn't say sent, the IRS has not sent it.

YES! same thing here, I am worried too and this has never happen to me either, been checking all day. has accepted status bar with deposit date for today 2/26/20 and nothing...no money and no status bar for sent

UPDATE: mine is now showing as sent. Not in my bank yet. Should be there by tomorrow.

Same for me now, my status bar for 'sent' is now full but nothing in my bank account. Fingers crossed it's there by morning, I know banks are not allowed to apply their usual hold on ACH deposits from the US treasury and must release those immediately so I'm hoping this wait time is just the changing of hands between turbotax and my bank since ttlc has to first collect their fee for filing for me. We shall see come morning. I really hope it's there, I planned purchasing a house around this refund and have been waiting all month to get this money.
