How do I amend my current accepted return?

The amend tax form (1040X) is not available yet, but is scheduled for January 31, 2019. Once the form is available, the following link will be updated with instructions as to how to amend your 2018 tax return. Note that amended tax forms must be printed and mailed, as they are not accepted for e-filing.
