Yes, if you elected your refund be deposited on your NetSpend card your refund will be deposited when the IRS or State  issues your refund. Generally, the IRS states that most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected.

Yes, once the IRS makes the refund available, the refund is deposited on the netSpend card, usually 21 days from the date of the IRS acceptance of tax return.
