What does the turbo tax thank you email mean? Does it mean they have received your refund

My TT thank you email also said its approved state and federal. of course it listed the wrong amount that i actually filed for. and no it did not list a :"""amended amount"".

I efiled my returns and received an email saying there's a 48 hold on my returns until i verify my identity. how do i do this?
