People said it means your under review some people said it means u are approved...can someone plz tell the truth what is going on

According to the PATH Act, people who claimed the EITC or the Child tax credit will not begin receiving their returns until the week of February 27th. This is to give the IRS more time to detect fraud, or so I've read. If you claimed one of those credits, that is why your status has switched to that. The IRS website says that it should update all information by 2/18. So just keep checking where's my refund for your status.
