Temp card not working

I was told hours ago that the system would be up to use the temp card. Is there any way to transfer funds using routing and account number. I got the refund advance to use money not to just sit there and stare at it.

    If you created a Turbo Visa Debit Card online account and have funds available but you’re unable to use your temporary card number for online purchases, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

    I have called twice and was told it was an issue with online purchases. Any idea when this will be fixed? The whole point of an advance is to use the money..
