I done my taxes using turbo tax and don't have a printer! Can I do e file if I owe the IRS?

Yes.

Per IRS

If you owe taxes, you can e-file and set an automatic payment date anytime on or before the April 18 due date. You can pay by check or money order, or by debit or credit card.

If I file using turbo tax will the IRS get documents or will I need to get them printed and mail them myself?

If you efile and are accepted, you do not need to mail any documents to the IRS.
