I got a message from u guys saying I owe u 185 but if I get on my turbo account it was taken out of my refund.it says that it was completely and they were transferring the refund what is going on??

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.

When you asked for the TT fees to be withheld from the federal refund  and the refund is delayed then the contract you agreed to  and signed twice allows the processing bank to take the fee from your account.  The send 4 email alerts before the debit the account.   If you need more time to pay simply follow the instructions in those emails.
