What happens if I filed my taxes and it says I received them but I didn’t receive them.

Who said you received your refund? If you have not received your refund then you would have to contact the IRS and/or State for information about your refund.  Right now the IRS is closed & they are not accepting phone calls.  To contact the IRS you would need to wait until they re-open.

If you also did not receive your State refund, you can go to your State's Tax Authority for contact information.
