Taxes wrong amount

The amount that I got back from TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC was about 1700 less than the amount on turbo tax that I was supposed to get back, I am pretty sure that my fees to turbo tax were not that amount. Is there anything I can do to get the rest of my refund?

Does the IRS refund site show that they issued a refund for the amount you expected? Or does it show that the IRS reduced your refund? Is there any sort of message on the IRS site regarding your refund amount?

The IRS does not notify TT when it makes an adjustment and/or offset, but it may be due to the stimulus (Recovery Rebate) or Child Tax Credit. Lots of taxpayers (not just TT customers) have been doing this wrong. You will be getting a letter in the mail from the IRS in 2-4 weeks.
