I filed my taxes with TurboTax over 3 weeks ago and am still getting the message "The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section." The site says it should be reviewed within the first 24-48 hours, and its been over three weeks. What is the issue?

There are some tax forms in which the IRS has not released final copies. In this case, the IRS will need to finalize the form(s) before they can proceed to reviewing your tax return.

So how much longer do I have to wait? It's been almost 4 weeks since I filed, and then after it's accepted I have to wait up to an additional 3 weeks to get the refund. I could've just filed in it on paper for this wait.

None of those forms apply to me seeing as I filed a regular W2 form. Providing me with a link that shows form availability is unrelated to my initial question. How long is it going to take for me to get my refund? Again its been over 4 weeks.
If it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, You will need to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and follow the prompts for a live representative. The person that you speak with will have direct access to your tax return and be able to provide you with a status update.
