My refund status still accepted how long does it take to be approved?

It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. The FAQ below provides further details:

Thank u just follow up question , if in any case i put an answer wrong example there was a question “did you or ur spouse received stimulus check” my husband didnt but i did . So i just answered NO but im not sure if thats correct .

Can this possibly delay my refund?and not be approved?

Yes, it could. 

At this point you have to let the IRS deal with the original return. You can't file an amended return until after this return is processed. 

If the IRS has in their records that you did receive the Economic Stimulus Payment, they most likely will adjust your refund or tax due. They will send a letter to you explaining the change they made to your return and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the change.

My refund has already been accepted . Is it possible that they will reject it or just delay it?

It can take up to 21 days from acceptance for the IRS to issue your refund, but some refunds can be approved sooner than that, while a small handful may take a little longer.
