I filed my taxes 3 weeks ago on 2/17. It just says printed, so does that mean that turbo printed & mailed them in for me? Or would I have to print them myself & mail them? Every year It was e-filed, I'm not sure why they want it to be mailed this year.

TurboTax will not print and mail a tax return for you.  Are you certain that you completed your e-filing?  Use the link below to check the status of your e-filed return.

How do I check my e-file status?

What do you find there?

No it wasn’t E-filed. Status definitely says printed. Do you know the address I would mail them too? Do I have too put them in a specific envelope?

You can still e-file your return if you want to.  That's definitely the easiest way to file your return.  Use the instructions I'm including below to re-open your return.  Don't make ANY changes to your return unless there are corrections you need to make before filing.  Then go to the FILE portion and change from "mail" to "e-file".  I'm linking instructions below for both.

How can I access my return after I've e-filed or printed?

How do I change from mail to e-file in TurboTax Online?
