Tax Year Prior to 2020: If we filed with TurboTax, does the IRS have our bank information to have the stimulus direct deposited? Will we me the mailed recipients of the check?

I have a routing number and account number with TurboTax. I can't access the app right now it keeps saying connecting. Does that mean it's being deposited

• I decided to stop checking on the card for deposits. Instead I signed up $or email/ text alerts. Hopefully, it wint be very long before we have good news.

Hopefully deposits will be there after midnight. This whole thing is driving my anxiety through the roof. It just bugs me that I can't see a pending deposit. The only thing I can see is my current balance. This is causing me to have a migraine

What if I OWED money to the IRS and chose to have them deduct what i owe from my checking acct? I provided the checking acct and routing number when i filed, but when i look at my 1040, my acct and routing number is all X'ed out. Like my routing number is XXXXXXXXX, same with my checking account number. Am I still gonna get the stimulus via direct deposit????

Not necessarily. More than likely it's messing up because of lots of people are checking at the same time.
