There is a issue with TurboTax Online which should be resolved shortly.

If you have a North Carolina state return, you will have to wait for the forms to be finalized.

It is the North Carolina state return, why do I have to wait? I feel like I haven't had this problem before. I'm okay with waiting, I just thought the form would be finalized by now.

The forms need approval by the governmental entity.
