Tax Topic 152

I did not have the EIC nor the Additional Child Credit on my tax return and I have the tax topic 152 on where's my refund. I've noticed others mention receiving tax topic 152 when they are on the PATH so to speak. Is that a general message or will my refund be held back until Feb 15th? I filed and was accepted on Jan 30th
