  • I accidentally mailed my federal return with my state return to the state (dept of revenue) what will happen I will be remailing it on tomorrow

Tax return

There is no problem with the state getting a copy of the federal return, in fact some states require that. 

 

If you accidentally mailed the federal to the state, simply mail a second copy to the IRS.

There is no problem with the state getting a copy of the federal return, in fact some states require that.
