I got my tax refund on a green dot card but they returned the money on the card back because the information on the card didn’t match my turbo tax information how do I get my money back ?

Ok  ... you had your refund sent to a debit card that was not yours ? 

And the bank that processes the deposit rejected it and returned it to the IRS ?   

If so the IRS will convert it to a paper check mailed to the address on the return... this conversion can take 3 weeks or more.

And there’s nothing I can do to reverse this process ?

Nope ... although the IRS doesn't stop you from doing this the banking regulations against fraud have most banks policing deposits and rejecting them ... it is a safety measure.
