Tax return was accepted on 3/22/21 and still shows as processing on the IRS website. However we are only allowed one deferral of auto debit? That seems unfair.

If the IRS shows has still processing that should be enough proof to extend deferrals especially since services weren’t fulfilled. You base your product on maximizing everyone’s refund and that’s how you suck us in. We shouldn’t be penalized for lack of IRS follow through. I’ve always used turbo tax but will never again after this.

And TT shouldn't be punished either.   You have already used TT's services, and it cannot wait indefinitely to be paid.  What if you never get the refund?
