So I got the dreaded 'IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records'. I have filed my previous 5+ years returns by mail so I haven't used a 'PIN'. I submitted the returns twice and got the same rejection twice. I have no issue filing by mail, but was hoping to do it electronically this year. I have verified that my AGI is correct from 2019, so I think the PIN is the issue. Any advice?

tell TurboTax you did not file last year.
Enter an AGI of zero
Leave the Self-select PIN blank.

Changing the AGI to ZERO did the trick. I didn't have to change or alter the PIN. Fed and State accepted. So we will wait and see now. Thanks for the help
I don't think my last years PIN is correct
