Tax return refund

I have emailed Intuit several times and no response. I filed my taxes in February and was told I was going to get x amount back on my refund. My refund deposited in March, 21 days after I filed and it was $2100 less than what I was told. I have checked with the IRS I have no offset! So no reason for them to deduct any money. Where is my money and who do I need to speak to? I am getting very frustrated with no one getting back to me. This is ridiculous.

This still does not help in anyway. I have been redirected to that page a 100 times. That page isn’t helpful at all in my case. I am not asking you to come out and say where my money is. I need to know who I can call or email to figure it out.
