I submitted my tax returns on 02/06/2017 and have not receive my tax return refunds.

I submitted my tax return on 02/05/2017 and it's just saying still processing it's been pass 21 days and the 27th I can't get no answer why it's taken this long everyone else around is getting theirs so where's mines !!!!!

You didn't answer the question I asked you about what you are seeing at the IRS website.  All you did was restate what you had already said above.  See the answer below for general info.

If the "Where's My Refund" tool shows your return has been processing longer than 21 days, here's how to phone the IRS to see if you can learn anything about the delay.

IRS:  800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Mon-Fri

Listen to each menu before making the selection.
 
First choose your language. Press 1 for English.

• Then do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
• Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".
• Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".   
• Then press 3 "for all other questions."
• Then press 2 "for all other questions."  It should then transfer you to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.

I just tested the IRS phone tree again, and they have changed one of the menu options.  I have corrected the sequence above.   If you were emailed the original answer, please return to the forum to see the sequence.

I tried and it says the call volume is too high and hung up. I haven't gotten my return either. Isn't there something turbo tax can do since I went through them???

Once it's in the IRS hands, they are the one in charge.  You'll just need to try on different times of day and see if you can get in.   If it's been longer than 21 days, and the IRS delay is causing a hardship, the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service may be able to assist.

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.
