Tax Return Disappears

After I submitted my return electronically and closed TurboTax, my return was not there when i re-opened TurboTax.  I have received a notification that the IRS received it, but my return is not there when i open TurboTax.

If using TT Online, are you in the right account?  If using TT Desktop, did you SAVE it?

Yes, It was saved and I printed out a PDF copy.
