After filing with Turbo Tax I was given the wrong date of my refund. I would like to know if I could get a $3000 advance on my return?

Should I still be getting a tax bill when I paid what I owed through TurboTax? Did they ever pay it for me? I opted for it to be taken out of my Federal refund.
