Our federal taxes were accepted on February 12th and the IRS has confirmed that they have deposited the funds into your bank account on February 24th, however we still haven't received them. We really need our money.

If it has been over 5 days and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to your financial institution first. If they have no record, you will then need to reach out to the IRS to run a trace. For more information on this, please see the IRS Help Page here.
I have reached out to my financial institution and have reached out to the IRS. My financial institution does not have my refund and I have verified all account information with them. The IRS has confirmed with me that my deposit was made into Civista bank account on 2/24. They have even given me the account numbers it was deposited into. I have been down every avenue that I can think of and you can't get a hold of a live person at Santa Barbara Group.
You mentioned Santa Barbara Tax Group so I presume that you used the pay with my refund service. Please check this link to confirm contact information, you can also use the submit a request feature. Let us know what happens.
Yes, I did us the pay my fees with my tax refund. I've always used this in the past, and have never had an issue. I've been using TT for at least 10 years now. Never had any issues until this year. Every time I call the numbers provided, it is just an automated call. You can't '0' out to talk with a live person. One of the numbers listed actually has you go through the steps of entering your information and after you enter the information, you are told that you are asking for a cash advance on your tax refund and it will be reviewed. I don't understand how a company can get away with this. My money is my money. We've worked hard to get what we earn everyday. We need our money!!!
