Tax Refund held by third party bank

I would hope that the management of Intuit would take an interest in how their customers are being treated. I imagine the bank in question was set up to process the payment of fees to Intuit and follow through on returning the balance to Intuit's customer, in this case, me.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  And quess what, BBB's enquiry initiated a response from the banking company that bounced right back to me. Next step is to file a suit in court for return of my money. I for one, will never do business with Intuit again after many years of using TurboTax. We both lose.
