Tax Refund Advance False Approvals

I was approved for a tax advance. The system prompted me to create a Credit Karma bank account which I did and after submitting my taxes, patiently waited on them to be accepted. Mind you they never sent me an email stating that I was approved or denied which I searched for with no success. I called Turbo Tax 2 days later to find out what was going on, they told me that they do not show that I was approved and that there is no payment date listed. I told her I was approved as their system clearly said that I was which is why I created the account otherwise I would have just had the funds deposited into my bank account. They said there was nothing that they could do and thanked me for being a customer. This is sad and I will never use this service again.
