Why do my tax filings keep getting rejected?

What is the reason given for why your return was rejected?

This is the error message i get
IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.
I've entered a couple options for the AGI since the first one didn't work...keeps getting rejected.
Then it says try to file by mail...but says I can't b/c of my payment method of taxes, which was direct deposit from my bank account. What do I have to change? I will mail it in, that's fine, but it won't let me?
If you submitted a paper return they won't have you in the system so use 0 as AGI that worked for my daughters tax
If 0 doesn't work for the AGI and you have to mail your return, change the tax payment method to pay in some other way.
