Tabor Refund

I filed for my Tabor and used the correct form. However, I owed the State of CO. Do they deduct the $800 from what I owed? I never received a check.

If you owe the state, the credit is used toward the amount you owe. That is, in general, how tax credits work.

Is there any way to facilitate my taxes to get processed in Oregon? I stupidly e-filed via Turbo tax on 3/25/24 and now have to wait until August for my refund. Help!!
