Switch from download to online

I purchased the 2024 download desktop version and want to switch to online using my iPad.  I have not downloaded the desktop yet. I just want to do my taxes on line, and not download anything. How do I do this?

You will need to request a refund for the desktop download software you purchased, and then when the online software becomes available in early December, you can use online.   Online is not ready yet.  And you cannot use the license key for the download to pay for online.
