Supporting documentation with amended return

I inadvertently left off some capital gains information from my 2015 return. Do I need to include the 1099-B with my amended return or can I leave it out because the information on the form has not changed?

No, you don't need to mail in your 1099 -B statement unless it has federal withholding on it.
