Submitting a signed tax form

My school wants me to submit a signed tax form but where would I sign it and what page would I need to submit to them?

SIGN DATE  1040 PAGE 2. as to what forms ask them. they may only want part of your return or the whole return.

Look on page 2 for the words "Sign here" in bold black print, and then sign and date the return in ink.
