Hi,  I have not filed 2019 but did file 2018 and did not have a refund therefore my bank info was not on my 1040.  I did not receive direct deposit for stimulus, does that mean I get a check.  Accessing IRS "Get Payment" there is no record on file.  News today noted that possibly check refunds are going to Turbo Tax directly ?  Please advise

checks will not go to Turbo Tax; they are not involved

last I read, paper checks will begin going out the week of April 24th in income order, meaning

week of April 24 - incomes under $10k

week of May 1 - incomes under $20k

etc.

the IRS will be printing 5 million checks per week

I am in the same situation. Filed my 2018, but not 2019. I am qualified for relief payment, but when using irs get payment tool it say No Payment Status Available. I used what ever info on my 2018 return but it say it doesn't match irs records.

@Sunnyboy55  -  did you use the correct lines from your 2018 return to answer the IRS questions?

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return Refund is line 20a for 2018

Yes. I am well within income limit to receive a relief payment. Also IRS get payment tool does not require info for those lines that you mention to get a check status.
