Stimulus Registration Rejection

I submitted my Stimulus Registration and it was rejected without reason but I am qualified. Only suggestion was to print out the return and mail it. The "print-out" has the routing # and acct. # I entered for direct deposit replaced with "X's". This is likely why it was rejected. I am not able to get a person on the phone at trubotax without paying $30.00 for some add-on. There are no resources to address this.

The Stimulus registration link is for individuals who are not required to file a tax return and don't receive Social Security benefits. We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.
