Stimulus check

I filled my 2021 taxes but put that i did not receive the 2021 stimulus check. But i checked with my bank, and I did receive it. How does this effect me? also what do i do

The IRS knows the stimulus payment was sent to you so they will adjust your federal tax return accordingly.

Expect any tax refund from the 2021 federal tax return to be delayed since the return has to corrected and processed manually.

Yes, Accepted only means it was received by the IRS with the correct name and SS number on the return along with not having any obvious errors based on the IRS metrics for checking errors.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
