Stimulus and refunds

So am I to understand that turbo tax isn't accepting the stimulus payments?

And also, if the tax offsets stopped for defaulted school loans, how come I'm still getting the 203 withholding code?

Stimulus and refunds

The stimulus payments do not come to TurboTax, the IRS is sending them directly to taxpayers.

The offsets for student loans will not apply to stimulus payments, but they are still being applied to refunds.
