Still no refund and filed 1/30. The IRS.gov site still show processing like it has this entire time. On turbotax my estimated refund date was today, when can I call IRS?

The TurboTax website is an estimate based off the day your return is accepted by the IRS.  The best way to determine when the IRS will release your refund is by checking the Where's my refund website here- https://www.irs.gov/refunds .

Once the IRS accepts your return it can take up to 3 weeks for your return to be approved.
