I still haven't received my federal return (i filed on jan 30) and the IRS sent me a letter explaining why. It says I didn't file for my 2016 taxes, but I didn't make enough so I didn't think I needed to file.
Anyway, it says if I don't file or reply they will do it for me, so I haven't said anything, but now with this virus and not working, how can I get in contact with the IRS? Their live help isn't available when I call.
Also, what would this mean with the stimulus package??
