Status bar disappeared and tax topic on where’s my refund what does this mean? Today is day 21

The bars disappear after 21 days, and Tax Topic 152 is a general message that IRS is still working on your return. 

The IRS is seriously backlogged, and is even still dealing with several million 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.   Lots of folks are waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:
