It looks like we're not getting any answers. No Turbo Tax employees have done anything but copy/paste outdated and inaccurate information since it was reported people who used their refund to pay for Turbo Tax aren't getting their stimulus checks. They're all going to Turbo Tax accounts because of how they process payments and refunds together. Its all over the news:

I've been trying to get an answers here for 3 days, nobody knows anything.
@S_Kinison @brydcage64 - please read this article. it's not that you are not getting the stimulus, it's that it'll be by check and not direct deposit unless you update your banking info. did you take out a loan advance or have your fees subtracted from your refund? if so, that is the issue.
Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary.
Be sure the "account number" is verified at the Greendot. com website; do not assume the card number is the account number - I suspect they may be different.
AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return. Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

I paid my Turbo Tax fees with my refund, obviously not knowing what a horrible mistake that would be. I did not take out any kind of loan, TT just subtracted the fee from the refund.
And I would LOVE to update my bank information on the IRS website. But when I go thru the step by step instructions I always end up getting this:
I filed a regular old 1040 form thru TurboTax in 2018 and 2019, but apparently using TT is the kiss of death with this stimulus. Now it can't even verify I'm eligible, and I'm 100% certain I am. And, again, the only info we get here in the "help" sections is useless.
@S_Kinison - I wouldn't too much about the eligibility ; the check should come in paper form
they are sending the checks out in "income order"
week of April 24 - incomes under $10k
week of May 1 - incomes under $20k
etc
here are the eligibility requirements from IRs.gov
A1. You may be eligible to receive a Payment if you:
I appreciate the info, its more than I've found anywhere else. Hopefully you're right on the money. 🙂
