The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.) Contacting the IRS will not help, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:

If you notice any questions on the forums here about their refund status either don’t have a response or have the generic response we all already know, TT and IRS don’t have any information that’s useful, I’m in the same boat
I'm also in the exact same boat. Filed on 2/25 , accepted on 2/25, and I haven't received an update since. Guess we'll just have to wait it out.
Imagine the government still using technology from the 90's to process tax returns in 2021. And they're surprised they can't keep up.
