I didnt received my prepaid turbo tax card Its been a month , the hotline not giving me no answer I NEEDD HELP PLEASE

TT does not issue or send the cards; Green Dot does.

Call (888) 285-4169. Press Option 1, then 2.

Okay but it told me its at the post office already to be mailed its been a month I keep calling that number I wanna talk to Human about my problem this dont make no sense im pissed off

I'm sorry, but no one at TT has any control over this.
Go to the GreenDot website and see if there is a way to send them an email.
