Smart check error

I went to the last step-smart check. The first problem turboax found is that "in the 1099-INT, box 15, State, line1 should have a value for JP Morgan Broker". This is a problem: I successfully imported JP Morgan's 1099-INT online by following instruction from Turbotax (automatically). I printed out the this form. There are only 14 boxes. All of them showed "0" and there is no "box 15, State".

What should I do?. In order to process, should I just put a "0"into the "box 15, State" showed in the Turbotax even though this box does not exist in the real 1099 INT form?

I suggest deleting the form and re-enter manually.     Any box with a zero must be left BLANK.   Putting a zero into an unused box is an error.

Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I may have figured it out. It should be State's name. I just put "GA". Is that OK?
