Smaller refund

Hi, I was supposed to get $4,209 for my tax return but only got $2209. will turbo reimburse me $2000 that I lost like TaxAct does? Will I get anything? Even if they filing fee is waived.

TT stands by its calculations; but is not responsible for user errors, such as data entry mistakes, or forgetting to claims some income.  Wait for a letter from the IRS re the adjustment and/or offset that they made.  The do not notify TT.

It took 7 week from the date of filing to getting my refund.  Turbo Tax calculated my refund as $8002 but the IRS only gave me $6737.   How can I find out why I got less than the amount filed?
