When I printed out my e-filed state return, there were no names on the signature blocks.

If you efiled, you signed electronically.

There is no physical signature on an e-filed return. You signed electronically when you entered your AGI for the federal return. If you are ever asked by someone like a lender or a college financial office for a "signed" copy then take out a pen and sign it next to the words "Sign here" to keep them happy.
