I worked in two different cities in Michigan that require to send in a paper tax return. I have printed the form CF-1040 that turbo tax filled out but on the list of things to mail it lists: " page 1 and 2 of form cf-1040, all form w-2, form 1099-r, form w-2g, page 1 of your federal return, the wages and excludible wages schedule and any other federal and/or city schedules used to substantiate this information."
Can someone decode this please. The only form that printed was the cf-1040? Do we need to send a copy of w2??
